ESPOO, OLARINLUOMA

The established retail area of Olarinluoma in Espoo, Sjaelso developed a new flagship store for hardware chain Stark. The new development, located on the opposite side of the road of Stark’s existing premises, consisted of a total of 4400 m2 of commercial spaces and 1700 m2 of office and technical areas.

The building was constructed with a concrete frame and the outside walls were built with steel plated elements. The façade was finished with a steel wire mesh in orange, giving the commercial building a contemporary and modern look.
