ESPOO, SUOMENOJA. Retail shops in Suomenoja, Espoo. The building, consisting of four shops, was constructed with a steel frame and steel-plated paroc walls. The entrance facade is finished with wooden decoration underneath a sheltered walkway. Three of the stores are distinctive kitchen showrooms for the chains Keittiömaailma, Domus and Nettokeittiöt, and the fourth is a Lundia furniture store.

VANTAA, TAMMISTO, PHASE 3. A project totaling 11,000 sqm was developed in the Tammisto area of Vantaa. A 1,100 sqm service station for Teboil. In addition to the filling station, the project includes a cafeteria and a small grocery store. The building is made with dyed concrete panels mounted with steel sections.

VANTAA, TAMMISTO, PHASE 2. This 1,500 sqm building was constructed in connection with phase 1 of the Tammisto project in Vantaa. Hööks and Pukkila lease the premises. The building’s façade is concrete sandwich panels with a roof made from TTS concrete balks to avoid columns in the sales area. This provides maximum freedom for fitting and furnishing. The area is connected to a shared parking area with approximately 365 parking spaces.
